Moroccan women beautifully painted by Zinaida Serebriakova.

Zinaida Serebriakova (1884 – 1967)

In 1928 and 1930 Zinaida visited Morocco. She was fascinated by the landscapes of Morocco and painted the Atlas mountains, as well as Moroccan women in ethnic clothing.

The images of the paintings attract my attention. It’s like if you get to know the women when you see the paintings. You can see the soul of those women. Very nicely painted.
